At Vida Nueva Maternidad, we believe in honest, human and transparent support from day one. Every stage of the process is designed to give you peace of mind, confidence and the backing of an expert team throughout this most important journey.
The programme
The same clinic and the same medical team manage the entire process, from donor selection to postnatal follow-up.
The logistical complexity of an international process is our responsibility, not yours.
Legal security is the backbone of the process. Every step complies with the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
The process
Every phase is planned so you are never alone when facing something you do not yet understand.
Testimonials
From the very beginning we felt supported with so much warmth, attentiveness and, above all, a deep sense of humanity. On such an intense journey, full of emotions, questions, hope and at times uncertainty, knowing we could count on a team that was there at every stage meant a great deal to us.
But beyond the support itself, what we will remember most are the human bonds. We were lucky enough to build a very strong connection with our surrogate, and also with our egg donor, our pediatrician, our doctor, our lawyer and, of course, the agency team. Each of them, in their own way, holds a special place in our story.
And then there is our son, Berlioz. Today, when we look at him, we understand just how worthwhile this whole journey was. Our greatest dream came true: becoming dads and building our family.
Surrogate selection
Before presenting a profile to you, every candidate has passed through a rigorous five-dimensional validation process. No profile reaches you without having passed every filter.
Between 25 and 35 years old, with at least one prior natural birth without complications. Full blood tests, hormonal profile, specialist ultrasounds and uterine capacity evaluation.
Residence in Mexico City or the State of Mexico. This is not a logistical detail, it is what allows us to guarantee immediate presence in the event of any medical situation.
Home visit and in-person socioeconomic study. In-depth psychological evaluation. We do not seek perfection, we seek a real, stable environment free from pressure.
The same medical team that evaluates the surrogate performs the transfer and manages the pregnancy. One team, from beginning to end.

About the Process and Timelines
On average, the complete journey takes between 15 and 19 months. This includes the initial legal phase, embryo creation, 9 months of gestation, and the post-birth filiation process.
At least two key stays are required: the first for gamete collection and embryo creation (approximately months 2–3), and the second for the birth and departure formalities (approximately months 15–17). You are of course welcome to visit Mexico at any point during the process if you wish to meet the surrogate or attend an ultrasound.
About the Clinic and Genetics
This is a standard procedure. We coordinate international cryogenic transport logistics with specialist companies to ensure your embryos arrive at our Mexico City clinic in complete safety.
Yes. Thanks to the preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) we perform on embryos, it is possible to determine the sex and ensure that the transferred embryo is chromosomally healthy.
We maintain a bank of rigorously evaluated profiles. We can filter by phenotype, medical history and academic background. Under Mexican law, donation is an altruistic and anonymous act, guaranteeing the privacy of all parties.
About Legal and Ethical Safety
Absolutely. At Vida Nueva Maternidad, diversity is at our core. We accompany all family configurations without distinction, within a solid legal framework that protects the rights of everyone.
Our legal strategy is designed so that, from the moment of birth, the child is registered under the surname of the Intended Parents, guaranteeing their immediate legal filiation.
We conduct socioeconomic and psychological studies to ensure the surrogate lives in a stable environment. She also has comprehensive private medical insurance and independent legal counsel to ensure her participation is ethical, voluntary and protected.
About Finances and Risks
Our programme accounts for different scenarios. We offer plans that include second transfers to mitigate the financial and emotional risk for parents.
We believe in "Radical Transparency". Our budgets are detailed and transparent. While medicine is not an exact science (unforeseen medical complications may arise), our administrative management ensures parents are aware of every cost from the outset.
